This area has been subject to a number of large developments.Years ago of course the plans for the Grafton Centre provoked massive opposition from residents of the area. In more recent times the old CRC site has been developed by Berkeley Homes into a massive complex.
Residents of Auckland Road are concerned over recent plans that threatened over-development of the old NHS site. BruNK was able to advise them on how to oppose the plans effectively.
